Unless otherwise stated, the lowering value shown in our catalog for vehicles with factory (serial) lowered suspension will be less than the lowering value set at the factory. Unless otherwise stated, the products in this catalog are not intended for vehicles with factory fitted (standard) heavy duty suspension (e.g. Offroad, Crossover packages).
When choosing a product, you should rely on the data of the TÜV certificate or the ABE document.
Before installation, compare the marking on the received product with the marking on the TÜV or ABE document (attached to the packaging or available for download at www.eibach.com).
In case of discrepancy, the kit should not be installed — in this case, contact the seller.
Installation must be carried out in a specialized workshop with qualified personnel and appropriate tools.
The installation position (up-down) is marked with an overprint — the location of the text suggests the correct position.
After mounting the springs/suspension components, check the wheel alignment.
If the original shock absorbers are very worn, it is recommended to use new ones — standard or sports.
For Sportline springs, we recommend purchasing sports shock absorbers, such as Bilstein B8.
All combinations of wheels and tires approved by the manufacturer are possible with springs installed.
Depending on the engine version, gearbox, equipment and vehicle manufacturer's tolerances, the reduction values may differ by several mm from the values indicated in this catalogue. The derating value will be relatively lower in case of serial (factory) derating.
Our products are designed for production vehicles. In case of modifications to the vehicle or additional equipment (this also applies to original products optionally offered by the vehicle manufacturer!), such as enhanced braking system (e.g. ceramic discs), wheel attachment with one central hole, sports suspension, HBO installation, etc.. — it is possible that assembly of our products will not be possible. All data is based on new vehicles. Measurement points: a straight line connecting the center of the hub to the lower edge of the wing. These are approximate values and may vary depending on the vehicle.
If your vehicle's stock suspension has electronic damping, using the B12 or Pro-Street-S suspension will cause this feature to be lost. The error displayed on the on-board computer after installation can be corrected in an authorized salon. If available for your vehicle, we recommend using the Pro-Tronic kit to fix the error.

Due to the use of B6/B8 series gas shock absorbers, the reduction value may vary slightly.
