This is our custom ball bearing vacuum controlled solution for other N57 engines designed to work with 180KW/245HP exhaust manifold.

Stage 1 (HTD2268BB):

• dual ceramic ball bearing;
• CNC machined compressor housing;
• CNC machined turbine housing;
• OEM variable geometry nozzle;
• reinforced machined from the solid compressor wheel — 46/68mm;
• turbine wheel — 50,5/45mm;
• Flow bench adjusted;
• Balanced on VSR;

Power range: up to 300HP

Stage 2 (HTD2872BB):

• dual ceramic ball bearing;
• CNC machined compressor housing;
• CNC machined turbine housing;
• OEM variable geometry nozzle;
• reinforced machined from the solid compressor wheel — 50/72mm;
• turbine wheel — 51/49mm;
• Flow bench adjusted;
• Balanced on VSR;

Power range: up to 400HP

Stage 3 (HTD3073BB):

• dual ceramic ball bearing;
• CNC machined compressor housing;
• CNC machined turbine housing;
• Custom variable geometry nozzle;
• reinforced machined from the solid compressor wheel — 54/73mm;
• turbine wheel — 58/54mm;
• Flow bench adjusted;
• Balanced on VSR;

Stage 4 (HTD3279BB):

• Big dual ceramic ball bearing;
• Enlarged shaft (6mm diameter) and turbine wheel;
• CNC machined compressor housing;
• CNC machined turbine housing;
• Custom variable geometry nozzle;
• Reinforced machined from the solid compressor wheel — 56/79mm;
• High flow design turbine wheel — 58/56mm;
• Flow bench adjusted;
• Balanced on VSR;

Power range: 470+ HP 

Stage 5 (HTD3379BB):

• Big dual ceramic ball bearing;
• Enlarged shaft and wheel diameter 7mm;
• CNC machined compressor housing;
• CNC machined turbine housing;
• NEW design custom variable geometry nozzle with 14 nozzle blades;
• reinforced machined from the solid compressor wheel — 56/79mm;
•  High flow design turbine wheel — 62.8/56mm;
• Flow bench adjusted;
