The bodies and internal elements of our exhaust system parts are completely made of AISI 304L stainless steel with a thickness of 1 to 2 mm, manufactured by the Italian concern MARCEGAGLIA Sr.a. This is a high-class steel, with a high content of chromium and nickel, which have extraordinary resistance to corrosion and resistance to high temperatures.
The relative chemical purity of the material ensures a long service life of parts for exhaust systems and their mechanical stability under thermal stress. That is why our products retain an almost unchanged appearance, even after several years of operation in an aggressive environment.

As sound-absorbing materials for exhaust systems, we use a special ADVANTEX ECR silica fiber. This is a modern, environmentally friendly material in the form of thin threads, the length of which is 10-25 times longer than the threads in a conventional insulating material, which provides good sound-absorbing properties and prevents the destruction of insulation through the «blowing out» of the fibers over time.
Silica is laid in a special package, in a volume that corresponds to a specific muffler. Errors in the amount of insulation associated with the «human factor» are excluded, since the packaging is strictly dosed according to its weight. When heated, the packaging melts, the fibers are completely straightened and fill all the cavities of the muffler chambers, remaining in this state all the time. Since the packaging is completely sealed, the master does not inhale fiber particles during work. This allows us to maintain environmental friendliness of production.
The silica fiber we use does not shrink over time, is acid and temperature resistant, and does not absorb moisture. Therefore, we give an increased official guarantee for our mufflers — at least 3 years, regardless of the type and size of the engine and operating conditions.
Technology:
At Buzzer, we have an extensive fleet of state-of-the-art equipment that helps to significantly optimize the cost of producing parts for exhaust systems. But, nevertheless, our specificity requires a considerable share of the participation of skilled manual labor, which can be up to 50% of the cost of some products. In our opinion, only this method gives the excellent quality that our products correspond to.
Our polished tips are distinguished by the fact that their surface is so smooth that it resembles a mirror. This is the result of a special polishing technology developed by our specialists. It includes processing in three stages, with manual (!) polishing at the end, where some stages require almost jewelry precision and colossal patience of the master. Not a single automatic machine, today, is capable of giving such a result!
Polished to a radiant, mirror-like finish, muffler tips are not the only option that we offer to our Clients. We produce mufflers and nozzles with a velvety-delicate semi-gloss finish and black chrome finish, as well as carbon fiber coated products.
